The State of Ohio is used to being a first-mover. In July of 1969 Ohio-born astronaut Neil Armstrong took the first steps on the moon. In December of 2011, Ohio state SBDC became the first SBDC Network in the US to implement the StartupWheel state-wide when 74 advisors from SBDC’s across the state became Certified StartupWheel Advisors in December and January.
